About
Arnie Sainz Co is a jazz pianist and composer based in San José, California. He currently works as a teacher and freelance musician in the Bay Area. Arnie stays active as a composer and arranger for various groups that he performs with.
Arnie is currently pursuing a B.M. with a dual emphasis in Jazz Studies and Music Education at San José State University, where he has been under the instruction of Dahveed Behroozi in jazz piano, Dr. Aaron Lington in composition, and Dr. Frank Lèvy in piano.
Additionally, Arnie has served as a board member for C.M.E.A. Bay Section, and is a recipient of the Presser Undergraduate Scholar Award.
